Yummmy! I used to love that too - although I'd use cinnamon sugar instead of just cinnamon. I bet Katie'd love it
Update!!
Toast with butter melted in really good then cinnamon and sugar mixed together on top of it. Megan's cousin Chris ate 3 slices of this in a row when he was here - proving that anything(in this case whole wheat bread) tastes better with a little sugar on it. Of course I told him the secret ingredient was cowboy dust.
